Anyone enjoying a service at Christian Life Church will be blessed by the brilliant music of the Praise/Worship Team and the Adult Choir. We believe that music plays a vital role in our worship to Jesus Christ. So, our Music Ministry sets the tone for worship services and provides music for special events.

Choir auditions are held throughout the year and can be set up by contacting Randy Davenport at Randy@CLCAustin.com. The audition process is to fill out an application form and to schedule an interview with Randy. Members of the choirs meet several times each week to practice and to lead worship in the services.

On Wednesday evenings, prior to 7:30 Bible Study, the adult choir meets at 6:15 for their weekly practice.

Each Thursday evening, the CLC band and praise/worship team meet at 7:30 p.m. to practice for the following Sunday.

Every Sunday morning, the adult choir and praise/worship team meets at 8:00 a.m. to prepare for the morning worship services, which begin at 8:45 & 11:00 a.m.

Choir members are involved in a number of activities. These include:

  • Rehearsals (including teaching, training, and coaching)
  • Concerts for the community and church
  • Serving as worship leaders for all services
  • Social events for choir members
